I do same-day or booked Mobile On-Site repair across Southern Ontario to get your machine running smooth as soon as possible.

How It Works
I utilize a phone first evaluation process designed to reduce your up-front costs while maximizing the quality of your computer recovery.

Minimum on-site package
If phone support isn't enough, I travel to your location for a flat, all-inclusive fee of $295 plus parts to diagnose and fix the problem for you, shop work included when needed.

Free over-the-phone diagnostic
We will discuss your technical issues over-the-phone to find a fix, or the most affordable and fast solution available for your specific needs.

In-shop repair
When shop work is required, I take your computer with me to shop and work until completion, then return your device. This is included in the initial on-site service cost. (Limited to first visit.)

No-fix evaluation fee
If I cannot resolve the issue, or you choose to not accept assistance upon arrival before work starts. The total cost gets reduced by $100.

Signature multi-visit package
For those who prefer on-site work ONLY, I offer unlimited visits for any 1 service request. This premium service is $500 plus parts. (All requests that take 2 or more on-site visits are re-priced at multi-visit on-site full service pricing automatically.)

Unfixed multi-visit billing
If the issue is deemed impossible to fix after 2 or more on-site visits, or you choose to not accept assistance upon 2 or more visits. The total cost gets reduced by $100.
